Order Cancellations

At Shae & Palmer, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at returns@shaeandpalmer.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. However, because we begin preparing orders promptly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish to return an item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
