Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Include all tags and original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@shaeandpalmer.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return items. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for returns:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way to ensure you receive the right item is to process a return for the original product and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed according to our policy.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
